All stay was literally perfect. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good, various food selection, tasty eggs, omelets, sausages, fruits.. kids also enjoyed. Pretty spa area with swimming pool. Perfect place for relax, can use sauna as well or simply lay down on beds. Good location, there is park with playground and fountain right next to hotel. Old town reachable by walk! Staff kind and professional, always ready to help with smile on face! I recommend for everyone:)

Great Hotel. Room was cozy and very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. They even have gluten free options. Exceptional service, especially Anna. She was very welcoming and hospitable. Thank you.

Our visit was really pleasant. Especially the restaurant hostes Anna made us feel so much like home and treated us with respect and kindness. Using the different languages (Polish-English) so professionally made our experience more enjoyable. The food was delicious. Thank you Anna.

The Sofitel is a nice hotel. The staff are fantastic - it's the people who make all the different. Kind, helpful, friendly - they make guests feel very welcome. Great location. Conference facilities are just on the edge of being a bit tired, but everything is well maintained. Great location for walking to local attractions and for visiting Warsaw generally. Special shout out to the breakfast team - breakfast is a busy time and can be crowded, but their warm welcome, being seated, and excellent coffee refill cadence is delightful.
